Our experience with Sharon Karmelich could not have been better. My husband and I were expecting our first when we began our search with Sharon. We simply wanted to identify, purchase, and move in before delivering. She is such a good listener resulting in the homes she presented ticking most of our boxes. She happily entertained and responded to early morning/late night calls and texts. Son born late January, close of escrow March 1, several things had to be done before moving in. Knowing our challenge with time, Sharon identified and worked with service providers to replace and install several must haves before we moved in. Sharon took away all the stress one would normally have buying a home.
